Your data, your choice

Delete account & data

You can ask us to permanently delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. Here’s how it works.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (email or linked Apple/Google identity).
  • Your synced learning progress: words learned, completed lessons, practice answers, streaks and preferences.
  • Any analytics events tied to your account, if you had analytics enabled.

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done, normally within 30 days of your request.

Using the app without an account? Then your data only lives on your device. There’s nothing on our servers to delete. Simply deleting the app from your phone removes that local data.
