What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (email or linked Apple/Google identity).
- Your synced learning progress: words learned, completed lessons, practice answers, streaks and preferences.
- Any analytics events tied to your account, if you had analytics enabled.
Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done, normally within 30 days of your request.
Using the app without an account? Deleting the app removes the local data on your device, but an anonymous server copy may remain under a random profile identifier. To remove that copy, send a request below and include the profile identifier shown in the app, if available.

Use the link below to email our privacy team, or write directly to [email protected]. Include your account email or anonymous profile identifier, but never send your password, sign-in code, or payment details. We verify account ownership before deleting server data.
This opens your email app with the request subject pre-filled. We’ll confirm receipt, complete any necessary identity check, and confirm again when deletion is finished.
