Login & account

You can learn without an account. To sync across devices, create or link an account in Profile using your email, Apple or Google. Trouble signing in? Email us with the address you used.

Purchases & restore

Purchases go through the relevant app store. If you've switched devices, use Restore Purchases in the app. For billing or refund questions, the app store manages payments. We can help point you in the right direction.

Progress & sync

Your progress is saved on your device and synced when you have an account. Missing progress on a new phone? Sign in with the same account and it should restore automatically.

App issues & audio

If audio won’t play or the app behaves oddly, try closing and reopening it, and make sure you’re on the latest version. Still stuck? Tell us your device and iOS version so we can reproduce it.

Data & deletion

Want to delete your account or data? Visit the Delete Account page for steps, or email us and we’ll take care of it.
